WEEK 1: Build Confidence & Basic Speaking Habit

🎯 Goal: Remove fear and start speaking daily

✅ Day 1 – Self Introduction (Foundation of Speaking)

What to do:
Speak about yourself for 2–3 minutes.

How to do it properly:
Stand in front of a mirror and say:

  • My name is…

  • I am from Latur.

  • I work as…

  • My hobbies are…

  • My goal is…

Repeat 3 times.

Why this works:
Self-introduction is the most common speaking situation (interviews, meetings, new people).
When you practice this daily, your brain becomes comfortable speaking about familiar topics.

✅ Day 2 – My Daily Routine (Present Tense Practice)

What to do:
Explain your full day from morning to night.

How to practice deeply:
Don’t say only simple lines. Expand sentences.

Instead of:
“I wake up at 7.”

Say:
“I usually wake up at 7 in the morning. After that, I brush my teeth and prepare tea.”

Why this works:
It trains your present tense automatically.
Present tense is used 60% in daily conversation.

✅ Day 3 – My Family (Emotion + Description Practice)

What to do:
Describe each family member.

Explain:

  • What they do

  • Their personality

  • Why you respect them

Example:
“My mother is very hardworking. She always supports me.”

Why this works:
When you talk about emotions, your speaking becomes natural — not robotic.

✅ Day 4 – My City (Confidence + Detail Practice)

Talk about:

  • Where Latur is located

  • Famous places

  • Weather

  • Why you like living there

Important: Add details.

Instead of:

Say:
“Latur is a developing city in Maharashtra. It is famous for…”

Why this works:
Descriptive speaking improves vocabulary automatically.
